As an office assistant of the Lasallian Pastoral Office or the DLSU Campus Ministry Office, I am very passionate and dedicated in my job. I support the daily office operations that help create a welcoming and spiritually enriching environment for students, staff, and the Lasallian community as a whole - from the Administrators to the maintenance and security personnels. It is my role to assist with office administration and logistical concerns in coordinating formation programs, organizing ministry events, managing communications, and offering hospitality to visitors seeking guidance, resources, or prayer. I work closely with our office formators to ensure our programs run smoothly—from worship services and service projects to retreats and recollections not just of the students enrolled in our formation program courses but also of the student organizations under our office and the whole Lasallian community. Whether organizing schedules, preparing materials, or maintaining campus ministry spaces, I aim to foster a sense of community and help others feel connected, supported, and encouraged in their faith journey. The support I gave given most especially for our student volunteers goes beyond the walls of the university. With strong organizational skills, a heart for service, and a commitment to the Lasallian mission, I strive to make our office a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and welcomed.
