We are developing a mobile app for IT developers who have been in the same position for more than a year and want to move on.
Clearly state the problem
It is difficult for developers to reach a new level, because it is hard to find help for their goals, it is expensive to look for a mentor, there is not enough motivation to complete long online courses.
This is the solution
Our algorithm matches developers with similar goals within short challenges, where they develop hard and soft skills daily and act as micro-mentors to each other. Thus, Duckshout takes the user to a new level in his career.
