Our project is currently in the conceptual stage, aiming to garner validation and support from potential stakeholders. This innovative idea's core purpose is to revolutionize workplace dynamics.
Clearly state the problem
The issues we aim to tackle include toxic work environments, abusive interactions between managers and employees, excessive work stress leading to burnout, and the prevalence of bullying and gaslighting in professional settings. These problems not only hamper productivity but also degrade the overall quality of life for workers.
This is the solution
Our proposed solution is the creation of an app or a service for journaling key interactions between managers and their teams. This would include tracking discussions, feedback, and observations to ensure transparency and accountability in communication.
Project Stage
Currently, our project is at the stage of idea validation. The subsequent step would entail joining an incubator to further refine our concept and gain necessary resources and mentorship.
