These problems not only hamper productivity but also degrade the overall quality of life for workers.

This is the solution

Our proposed solution is the creation of an app or a service for journaling key interactions between managers and their teams. This would include tracking discussions, feedback, and observations to ensure transparency and accountability in communication.
