Our initiative addresses the issue of overproduction and wastage in the beverage industry. We will repurpose surplus beer, wine, and beverages into unique, zero-waste venue concepts. This will enable breweries and wineries to monetize what would otherwise be discarded.
This is the solution
We embody the philosophy of 'Turning waste into taste'. Our innovative approach turns surplus beverages into a range of products including vermouths, gin, rum, whiskey, cordials, and shrubs. In addition, we will use leftover fruits and vegetables to create biodegradable items.
Project Stage
What started as a 47-page business idea has now evolved into a full-fledged project. Our next steps involve finalizing partnerships, setting up our production facility, and beginning the transformation process.
