Lead technical training on rural water reform, IWRM and regulatory frameworks, while guiding climate change mitigation actions. Coordinate assessments, planning and implementation of water programs, ensuring coherent strategies, financing, and high‑quality bilingual deliverables.

Experience & Cases
- Expertise in rural water sector reform and Senegalese regulatory frameworks - Strong knowledge of IWRM and WASH - Experience with GICA self‑assessment and capacity building - Proven climate change mitigation and nature‑based solutions skills - Excellent French and English writing
