• Lead transformation, change and workforce transition programs • Oversee compliance, governance, payroll audits and EBAs • Manage industrial and employee relations, including unions and investigations • Drive HRIS/LMS rollouts and capability uplift • Provide C‑suite mentoring and crisis support
