Job Description

As Nursery Manager, you will oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and implement Toad Hall initiatives like the Early Language Programme. You'll foster a safe, fun, and educational environment, ensuring high standards of care and strong parent partnerships.

Required skill set

Required Skills: - Full and relevant Level 3 qualification - Enhanced DBS check - Higher childcare qualification (preferred) - Management or leadership experience - Proficiency in early years best practices
