Houston, TexasKLOL/Houston was a legendary album rock radio station, and every rock DJ in Texas wanted to work there. I was there in the last of the free form days and the during the changeover to a Lee Abrams-influenced format. During that time, we drove direct competitor KILT-FM out of the format. KLOL has undergone several ownership changes since I left, and now broadcasts a Spanish format. :-(
