With a diversified background in spec homes, Luxury homes, Residential and New construction as well as a history of collaborating with prominent real estate teams in the Triangle area. It has played a pivotal role in facilitating my journey which led me to where I currently serve as the Director of Operations, as well as overseeing a property management group as the Broker in charge. As a certified team specialist with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Licensed & Certified North Carolina Real Estate Instructor, I am dedicated to training and coaching agents to excel in the real estate field. Additionally, Charlotte is a member of PLACE, an all-in-one real estate services and technology platform designed for top teams at any brokerage. This platform streamlines the process of running a profitable real estate business, making it easier for teams to achieve their goals and serve their clients effectively. Key attributes I have learned in my professional development and career includes; attention to detail, accounting/financial skills, communication skills with the client/customer as well as team members.
