Looking to expand my knowledge and have a place to grow further. I'm topped out in my current position

I've hit a stagnant level in my career and am too driven to stay at that level. My position is great, but I've done the same thing for the last 14 years. It's not rewarding anymore, I desire the challenges, technology does not stay stagnant.
