Job Description

Own the top of the funnel by sourcing and qualifying insurance agency prospects, initiating outreach, nurturing relationships, and coordinating meetings for senior advisors. You will manage CRM data, support marketing campaigns, and act as a professional first point of contact for IMAC.

Required skill set

• 1–3 years in sales, customer service, call center, or similar outreach role • Strong verbal communication; confident with outbound calls • High organization and reliable follow-through • Comfort with CRM tools and data entry • Interest in sales, business development, and M&A
