As a Staff ML Engineer, lead the design of scalable AI infrastructure. Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative AI products. Drive research programs, manage technical debt, and enhance data usability. Elevate Xero's market profile through engaging public content.

Required skill set

Required Skills: - 8+ years in ML/AI product delivery - Strong Python or similar coding skills - Proficient in SQL and distributed processing - Excellent communication skills - Experience mentoring ML engineers - Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow
