With an academic degree in International Relations and a few years living abroad, I've obtained a number of tools to use when interacting and building interpersonal relationships, both professionally and personally. Today, I seek to resolve any issue at hand, taking as a principle the resolution of disputes in the best possible way, with a view to satisfying both parties.
