Job Description

The Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to local and international regulatory frameworks, collaborating with the Chief Compliance Officer to align compliance programs and act as the primary contact with the Financial Investigation Unit of El Salvador.

Required skill set

• Bachelor's in Law, Business, or Finance • 2+ years in regulatory compliance, preferably in fintech or crypto • Knowledge of LDA/FT/FPADM frameworks • Fluent Spanish, good English • Analytical and communication skills
