Required Skills: - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum 2 years of Director-level experience - RN license in North Carolina or Compact state - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Preferred: Master’s degree, familiarity with midwifery model, experience in Level 2 nursery/NICU
