Job Description
As a Content Moderator, you will review and score digital content, apply content policies consistently, and identify subtle differences in digital communication. You'll also participate in employee assistance programs and escalate any issues that may impact performance.
Required skill set
⢠Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1) ⢠Experience in BPO/contact centre/content moderation preferred ⢠Tolerance of sensitive content ⢠High school diploma or equivalent ⢠Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills ⢠Cultural awareness of political and social situations ⢠Ability to pass a Criminal background check
