During my tenure as the Senior Vice President of Operations (Interim COO) at Oakwood Worldwide, I effectively used my managerial experience to enforce the finest business practices that enhanced efficiency, reduced operating costs, and boosted productivity. My areas of expertise also include team recruitment, P&L management, improving underperformance, preventative maintenance, creating and maintaining OPEX and CAPEX budgets, improving brand standards, staff management and training, and customer service.
