My expertise in innovation and collaboration has greatly benefitted financial and payment products. I have significantly improved the UX of Telstra's B2B platform, leading to a 40-point NPS increase. My redesign of Origin Energy's app led it to achieve the #1 spot on the Apple App Store for Utilities. Moreover, I was the proud winner of the Shark Tank innovation competition at NAB.

Job Description
