- Facilitating communication of all involved parties, assuring synchronization between departments, with customers, building a team spirit, including ongoing and periodical reporting to internal and external parties
- Create, control, monitor, maintain and communicate project plans with/to all projects stakeholders
- Customer facing – focal point. Responsible for customer satisfaction
- Manage on-going customers activities
- Facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams: Development, Product, infrastructure, integrations, etc.

- Report of project status, issues, tasks, conflicts and risks on a periodical basis to all stakeholders: management, customer, project’s team, service providers
