Analyze cash flow, make simulations, aiming to identify problems and opportunities to improve the economic and financial performance of the company;
Prepare and present strategic projections and simulations, anticipating the company's results, allowing corrective actions if necessary;
Calculate and analyze the costs of the company's products, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, aiming for planned changes to improve profits;
Calculate monthly expenses together with the Controller, using information generated by the TOTVS System;
Develop economic feasibility studies of products, aiming to enable their commercialization;
Ensure the effectiveness of the SGQ in the processes under their responsibility;
Supervise and guide internal service activities, such as telephony, reception, surveillance, and security, ensuring quality and promptness in these services;
Support unit managers in making strategic financial decisions;
Prepare reports on product sales movements and customer portfolio control;
Supervise production reports daily, according to the team's input and appropriations;
Monitor and verify equipment efficiency reports in the unit, providing support to improve efficiency;
Control low-value resource reserves for emergency use in the unit, issue and analyze expense reports;
Undertake other economic and financial work of interest to the company;
Ensure the proper compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and the conservation of materials and equipment under their responsibility.
