I led the process to transition the organization’s banking services and was the point person for our conversion to a new software application that allowed us to more effectively and efficiently manage core operational functions such as ticketing and admissions, membership management, retail and inventory management, data reporting, and business intelligence.

I frequently interacted with both print and television media to communicate and interpret policy and strategic direction and led the development of a stand-alone economic development website to communicate with corporate site selectors and commercial real estate brokers. I worked collaboratively with other municipality staff to ensure coordination of efforts and consistent, thoughtful execution of our strategic plan. I developed a fiscal impact analysis tool to project the initial 20-year economic impact of proposed residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments on the Town's budget.
