Nov. 2013 - May. 2016Paris Area, France- Provide professional and confidential representation of Executive offices. - Extensive management of complex diaries. - Respond to enquiries via post and e-mail. - Assist with preparing documents for meetings, maintaining info/files and proactively looking at e- mails to flag any pressing items for meetings. - Work with other internal/external PAs to coordinate meetings, conference calls, etc. - Book, coordinate and manage detailed travel schedules and itineraries. Maintenance of travel logs. - Process monthly expenses and invoices. - Organize lunches/dinners. - Other administrative duties (faxing, photocopying, etc.). COLLECTION and PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT responsible for collection trims and small leather goods development - Follow up of Italian and French suppliers - Collection's development plans - technical sheet development - negotiation of purchasing conditions (costs, quality, delay) - Sourcing and monitoring of suppliers' performances against key performance indicators (margins, deadlines, quality) - Launch of the prototypes collection and launch of contro-types production - Management of stocks and inventories - Weekly monitoring and reporting of collection and production development with dedicated support tools (collection plan, retroplanning, fitting sheets) SALES and MARKETING support - Key account management (French and International customers) - Customer’s Accounting - Credit collection - Invoicing - Development of sales support materials - Maintenance of E-commerce support systems and records - Customer surveys - Update of customer records and profiles - Management of stocks and inventories - Supervision and management of out-bound logistics
