With the aim of Costdrivers team, I built the parametric curves of all types of our packaging for the proper monitoring of costs. Collaborated with the Procurement department with its restructuring, suggesting a more strategic profile for the group creating a Shared Services Unit, which would support a Strategic Team executing operational activities, Comex, Registrations and New Products. I supported the introduction of the Coupa e-commerce platform, which allowed the company to evolve from Ariba to more diversified and intuitive auctions and sourcing events. Designed and planned the strategies to approach the Packaging subcategories from the point of view of Strategic Sourcing, based on classification according to the Kraljic Matrix. I built a set of main characteristics of buyers in the area based on an academic study, tracing the ideal professional profile for each quadrant of the matrix. Interacted and created healthy rapport with most suppliers I had contact with, fostering the approval of new products and obtaining the best price and commercial conditions. I visited many suppliers and interceded positively in several conflict situations, looking for solutions that would make the production of outsourced products feasible, bypassing the limitations of both parts of the commercial agreements. Led the search for alternatives in the domestic market for imported items, in order to guarantee the continuous supply and reduction of foreign dependence. Supported categories not related to Occupational Health, in a project of this nature for a large client in the educational sector, where I focused in Transport Tickets, Canteens, Chartered Buses, Food Vouchers and others, promoting Strategic Sourcing processes for each one of the categories, bringing alternative and more economical solutions. I analyzed and reprogrammed ERP parameters for a Textile company, reducing inventory levels and the lead time for obtaining raw materials and industrial inputs. Such initiatives have brought significant reductions in spending, in general.

We investigated all distribution channels, transportation methods, middlemen, diversity of salmon cuts and modes of cooling product arrives in the country, mapping all process variables and allowing the creation of a market entry strategy. Developed several processes, using Strategic Sourcing methodology, for the optimization of many categories of materials, in clients in Switzerland, Chile and Brazil. Had the opportunity to study categories such as Special Tires for mining, Mobile Phones and Land Lines, Truck Maintenance, Yellow Line Equipment (bulldozers and excavators), Special Gases, Fuel and Lubricants, Corrugated Cardboard, Steel and Plastic Barrels, Industrial Containers and others.
