We did targeted company thorough analyses, identifying model vulnerabilities, mapped network capillarity and evaluated all possible synergies that could eventually turn merger into feasible. Thanks to our analyses and recommendations, our client did not realize the purchase of the targeted company, since we indicated the deal to be risky.
Was part of the team that developed the entry strategy of a Japanese multinational company into fishery Brazilian market, which had acquired a Salmon Farm in Chile. We investigated all distribution channels, transportation methods, middlemen, diversity of salmon cuts and modes of cooling product arrives in the country, mapping all process variables and allowing the creation of a market entry strategy.
Developed several processes, using Strategic Sourcing methodology, for the optimization of many categories of materials, in clients in Switzerland, Chile and Brazil. Had the opportunity to study categories such as Special Tires for mining, Mobile Phones and Land Lines, Truck Maintenance, Yellow Line Equipment (bulldozers and excavators), Special Gases, Fuel and Lubricants, Corrugated Cardboard, Steel and Plastic Barrels, Industrial Containers and others.
