Some of these duties include: • Analyze the clients’ customers, technology, and competition, and synthesize into product strategy • Use branding and product research input, create detailed business and technical requirements, working alongside engineering to design, develop, and bring concepts to market • Produce and supervise designers on high-quality user experience design through hybrid wireframe and visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes • Prioritize product backlog for clients using customer feedback, technical efficiencies, and alignment to business objects • Advise changes to the project scope, schedule, and project cost (P&L’s) using appropriate verification techniques • Support product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous website projects • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly report packages for clients and their internal teams to identify gaps and opportunities • Train the clients’ internal departments such as sales, c-level, operations, account managers, and marketing with necessary product knowledge In the past, I also worked as a full-time consultant with numerous companies - including Remy Cointreau, a global alcoholic beverage company. At Remy Cointreau, I devised briefs, led the launch of new products online, and assisted in developing Remy Martins' app.
