I led the planning and execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, leveraging market insights and customer data to identify growth opportunities and establish Boxy as a prominent player in the industry. I developed a comprehensive marketing plan, guiding the team towards effective positioning, targeting, and messaging strategies to maximize brand visibility and lead generation results. A significant accomplishment during my tenure was building the marketing department from the ground up. I recruited and mentored a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment focused on achieving ambitious goals. Harnessing the power of digital marketing, I executed multi-channel campaigns that drove significant traffic, engagement, and lead conversions. I leveraged data-driven insights to optimize performance across paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, and social media channels.
