Together with our clients, we solve problems, tell stories, and seek out truth. Plazm magazine started as a cooperatively published, not-for-profit periodical that sparked a nascent creative community in early 1990s Portland. As the magazine garnered accolades and awards, it spawned a commercial design and branding firm whose clients have included Nike, LucasFilm, and MTV, along with local businesses and nonprofits such as PICA, the Northwest Film Center, and Fort George Brewery.

Built and maintained client relationships, fostered employee growth, provided comprehensive management and oversight of the company’s long term health.

Placed our agency’s content in high-profile venues such as Ad Age, Fast Company, and Forbes. Built, led, and managed content development teams. Led multi-C-level stakeholder team in initiating, visioning, creating a new website (to launch in 2015), and deeply functional intranet, in collaboration with engineers, strategists, and designers. During my tenure we saw increases in engagement across Liquid properties (+140% website, +150% LinkedIn, +200% Twitter & Facebook, initiated SlideShare program resulting in 66,750 views, 5,000 social actions, and 600 subscribers to email list).
