The podcast was published on all popular streaming services every Thursday morning biweekly. Episodes on have already been released, with almost 50 episodes and organically reaching 30,000 listens. Currently the podcast is on pause. The Get Up and Try! podcast was also expanded into a dedicated Get Up and Try! talk show concept, which was livestreamed every Friday night for eight weeks in spring 2021. As guests on were Finnish business leaders, including Tokmann founder Kyösti Kakkonen, radio presenter and media personality Veronica Verho and Harri Tahkola, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Talenom. There were 15 guests in total. The talk show reached more than two million impressions in total.
