My role incorporated the day to day management of the back office and Sales units in these Distributors in order to streamline reporting, finance and logistics for Juniper business as well as grow Channel driven, i.e. no vendor touch, business to represent a significant percentage of the quarterly revenue achievement. This included recruitment and hands on engagement with the 2nd and 3rd Tier Channel Partner for product sales and pitch point training to assist in the development of their own business pipelines on Juniper products.
