Jul. 2025As the owner of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform, I serve as the key link between business units, technology teams, and external partners—ensuring the ERP evolves in alignment with organizational goals while remaining scalable, efficient, and reliable. My core responsibilities include: * Platform Governance & Strategy - Leading the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform aligned with business strategy. - Defining and evolving the ERP’s functional architecture in collaboration with internal stakeholders and implementation partners. - Acting as the platform owner: managing the backlog, prioritizing initiatives, and making key trade-off decisions. - Evaluating and validating new Dynamics features, modules, and updates. * Technical & Operational Oversight - Overseeing implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and system migrations. - Managing system integrations across legacy platforms, data layers, and the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, etc.). - Ensuring platform performance, data integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards. - Coordinating with support, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams. * Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement - Mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency through ERP capabilities. - Supporting end-user adoption and promoting effective use of the Dynamics platform across departments. - Leading continuous improvement initiatives based on performance indicators and business feedback. * Stakeholder Management & Communication - Engaging with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Internal Controls, and other business units. - Acting as the liaison between business users and Dynamics service providers (consultancies, integrators, Microsoft). - Communicating the impact and strategic value of ERP enhancements to leadership and key stakeholders.
