Coordinated the transition of information updates within each specialty group of the IT Department for their own control and maintenance, increasing the level of accuracy and response times for customers and developed individual tracking systems for each group using Atlassian JIRA project management software. Designed and implemented HTML emails and Intranet correspondence to send out to the University staff and students on the Service Catalog launch and accessibility features worldwide.
