Problem solve to create and apply design thinking to organizational process flow and feature development from a both strategic direction and product development lens to continually improve the user experience and increase sales within our shopping experience from product concept to market launch. Mentor, coach, and lead a hybrid team of Front-end UX / UI Engineers through incorporating team and leadership coaching (ACC ICF), project management, workload balance, team dynamics and collaboration, and career path growth. Improve cross organization development strategy through implementation efforts with our new design system and cloud architecture direction that incorporates design thinking, accessibility, and product/feature analysis into the development lifecycle. Develop and scale the front-end / UX engineering team to iterate and develop initial concepts to relay between business owners, project management, creative marketing, backend services, and frontend development teams. Provide strategic direction on customer experience initiatives, product ideation, feature implementation and internal systems, including development flow, projects, and change management. Manage project resources to accompany quick turn arounds and strict deadlines. Develop IT initiatives and systems for furthering site scalability. Provide insight on marketing goals related to new feature development, implementation, and launch strategies. Act as product manager on special projects ranging in new digital products and brands, customer personalization (initial ideation through to implementation), and shopper programs. Introduce new technologies and features based upon research to increase user adoption and customer retention and act as POC between 3rd party vendors.
