I lead and drive strategic human resources initiatives focused on elevating organizational performance, leadership capability, and culture transformation across Mimar group. I am responsible for enhancing KPIs, performance management frameworks, and leadership effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on developing managers and directors through targeted soft-skills training and leadership enablement programs. My role includes safeguarding and strengthening the organizational culture across four buildings and five companies, supporting 21 departments and more than 700 engineers and employees. Acting as a coach, influencer, and culture ambassador, I support teams in strengthening business thinking, aligning behaviors with organizational vision and values, and driving sustainable performance improvement. Previously, at EG Physio leverages a dedicated human resources strategy that enhances employee retention, ensures organizational compliance, and streamlines onboarding processes. Partnered with leadership to implement performance management systems and training initiatives, driving a culture of accountability and professional growth across the organization.
