With over 8 years of experience in data analytics, seismology, and software development, I am currently the Trust and Safety Data Analytics Assistant Manager at Grab, Southeast Asia's leading super app. In this role, I leverage my skills in machine learning, data modeling, and data visualization to generate insights and solutions for enhancing the trust and safety of Grab's users, drivers, and partners. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement data-driven strategies and policies for mitigating risks and improving customer satisfaction. Previously, I worked as a Seismologist and Software Developer at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), where I developed and deployed web-based applications for ambient seismic data processing and analysis for various clients, including PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy and PT. Pertamina Hulu Energy. As a SCRUM Master, I also led and managed the interface, user experience, and database design of these applications, using Python, React JS, Django, REST-API, Material-UI, and PostgreSQL. My core competencies include data analytics, seismology, software development, project management, and team leadership. My mission is to apply my field of expertise and passion for data and technology to create positive social and environmental impacts.
