Collaborating with my executive leadership team, I implemented a dynamic leadership framework to support our rapid growth, which has included the addition of 70 team members since my arrival. To meet the demands of this expansion, I proposed and established key roles, such as lead trainers and managers and support roles, to enhance the strength and efficiency of our clinical and sales teams, ensuring scalable, streamlined operations. My journey at Austin Plastic Surgeon began in 2021 as a floor nurse and sales team member. In October 2022, I was promoted to Surgical Coordinator, where I transformed the patient care coordination process, improving booking conversions from 30% to 70%. By January 2023, I had advanced to Lead Practice Coordinator, taking on expanded responsibilities across the medspa and wellness domains. One of the most rewarding achievements of my career has been leading the creation of the Business Biohacking Blueprint, a nationally recognized B2B wellness training program. From concept to execution, I collaborated with stakeholders and personally developed the majority of the training materials. This comprehensive program equips practices with tools to integrate wellness services effectively, driving both patient engagement and practice growth. Its success has been amplified through a combination of in-person sessions and online webinars, achieving nationwide impact.
