Together, we created a scalable information architecture, designed low-resolution wireframes, and converted them into high-fidelity prototypes with interactions and animations. Our goal was to ensure that the application was attractive and met the user and company expectations. 1. In collaboration with the IT Operations Manager, I analyzed data to identify the most important services of the company and designed an information architecture for a mobile application. 2. I created a flowchart that mapped the application flow and user interactions with the company's key services. This chart allowed visualizing user interactions with the application and identifying problematic areas to improve the user experience accordingly. 3. I developed several low-quality wireframes to illustrate the layout of the application's elements and functionalities. These wireframes allowed the team to evaluate and improve the application's structure before moving on to high-fidelity prototypes. 4. I created several high-fidelity prototypes that included interactions and animations to represent the user experience with the application. These prototypes allowed testing and validating the information architecture before moving on to implementation.
