feedback on 1:1 sessions. • Defined the product strategy to become a Sub-Acquirer and Payment institution company, licensed by the Central Bank, by managing the Product Roadmap, developing the Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and reviewing the Product Requirement Documents (PRD) for the new structure, process, and compliance activities. • Reduce cost processing by approximately 60% from local purchases using the Boleto payment method, by defining the new integration flow. • Launched the new PIX product, from 0 to 1, reducing transaction cost by 93%
for local purchases, by performing product discovery, and market benchmarks, leading the PMs, product designers, and QAs from the initiative, and organizing the product roadmap/delivery, tests,
and rollout plan. • Launched Shopee Antecipa, reaching an average savings of 1.2M USD during 2022 in anticipation of cost for local sellers, by performing business and market analysis, managing the product roadmap and product team, reviewing the training material, prototypes, market data, BRDs, and defining the releasing the plan along with stakeholders, design and development team. •Reduced the refund process average time from 11 days to 5, increasing NPS and reducing the operational cost/process by leading the PM, reviewing the prototypes, and A/B tests/user research. •Created the first North Star Metrics definition and main KPIs dashboard for the payments products by leading the Data PM responsible for mapping, and reviewing system tags to identify conversion rate, churn, NPS, and daily active users (DAU) for our products. • Launch the first payment products for LATAM (Argentina, Chile, and Colombia) by leading the Product Managers during the discovery of payment methods and integration.
