Nov. 2015 - Dec. 2018Moscow, Russian FederationAs a team leader at DigitalHR, I negotiated with clients both in the Russian and International markets, taught and managed a small but high-performing team of IT recruiters. My job ensured development of recruitment and search strategies personalized for each project we worked on to reach the best result possible and recruiting as is. I focused on the IT market and successfully filled a lot of CTOs and senior developers positions (Python, PHP, Java, Golang, C/C++, JS, Ruby, machine learning, data scientists, and mobile developers). I also had several cases in the functional programming field like Clojure, Elixir, OCaml, Scala, and Haskell developer). What I actually did:
- Was in charge of the full-cycle recruiting process (job description, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiating);
- Communicated with clients to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent;
- Developed unique and effective sourcing strategies for each project;
- Used unusual ways to find and hire the best IT specialists; - Ensured performance of the recruitment team;
- Improved hiring process. Achievements:
- regularly exceeded quarterly recruitment targets;
- hired a team and successfully filled 80+ positions (average time to fill < 1month);
- reached the best open and reply email rates in the company (87% and 74%);
- brought Jan Tegze (Sourcing games creator) to Moscow and did a commercial event with him.
