I increased revenue five-fold, gross profit, Latin American coverage, and our local practice's connection to Deloitte member firms and clients in Europe, APAC, and the US during my tenure. I effectively managed +700-person's's P&L, secured multi-million dollar sales and contracts, and provided revenue-related services to industry giants such as SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, ServiceNow, and OutSystems. I also oversaw specialized technical services that added substantial value to our clients' processes and operations.

In addition to my responsibilities, I led an unprecedented study on the profile of SAP professionals in Brazil, working with LinkedIn and reaching more than 8,000 professionals. This study resulted in the most comprehensive report ever conducted in Brazil.
