My umbrella of users spans from Ireland, Australia, Singapore, and the US - although my focus was primarily Ireland and US due to the time zone challenges. Phone/Remote/Deskside support methods used, using support tools like GoToAssist, TeamViewer, and through Teams and Zoom. Setup multiple Zoom Conference Centers across the US at various offices and corporate building. Migrated users from Windows 7 to a pure Windows 10 operation, as well as implemented MS Teams as a communication tool. Office 365 Administrator Experience, I am familiar with the Office 365 suite of admin centers and can perform functions inside (add/remove licenses, sync Azure to cloud, manage/create/edit Corporate Teams, Exchange, etc). Awarded a Bravo Award in early 2020 for Excellent Customer Service, as well as featured employee on company Social Media for outstanding remote service.
