Representing the organisation at functions, public meetings and industry events
-Working with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare the organization's annual budgets, analyze the risk of its investments and advise the board of directors on the risk and return of the investments
-Leading the development of the organization's short- and long-term strategies and policies
-Directing the organization in line with the goals and visions set by the board of directors
-Working with the Head of Human Resources on the organization's payroll, benefit disbursement and hiring practices
-Overseeing quality throughout the company by setting goals for each department in collaboration with the departmental head
-Communicating with shareholders, the general public and government entities
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records -Performing minor accounting duties -Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
-Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
-Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
-Managing the clients and teams calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
-Arranging leisure and corporate tours and holidays
-Promoting tours and travel packages on behalf of resorts, travel groups and cruise lines
-Updating database with correct personal details and billing information
-Invoicing customers for due payments
-Taking cash deposits and payments for holidays
-Resolving scheduling conflicts and other issues as they come up
