• Supports the bank’s strategic organizational objectives by promoting and administering HR policies and programs, leading special projects, and supporting leaders through mergers, acquisitions, change management, and reorganization efforts
• Serves as a thought partner and monitors the performance of assigned groups, providing consultative HR support to executive leadership including coaching leaders on best practices related to complex employee relations issues, compensation planning, performance management, talent acquisition, and employment law compliance
• Champions company culture by promoting diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) efforts while partnering with the talent acquisition and the learning and talent development team to execute diversity & inclusion, career development, succession planning, and employee retention programs and initiatives
• Collaborates with the talent acquisition and total rewards team to furnish competitive job offers and conducts compensation analysis to ensure internal equity is maintained
• Analyzes employee engagement data and trends and provides executive leadership with insights, gaps, areas of strength, and opportunities for improvement
• Manages and conducts thorough investigations for sensitive and complex employee relations matters and partners with legal counsel on resolutions for high-risk cases.
