- Serve as M&A Technology Integration Lead for the Follow Up Boss acquisition ($500,000,000)
- Coordinated and led the technical integration for ShowingTime ($500,000,000 acquisition) to ensure an effective integration of the ST networks, infrastructure, hardware, and services into ZG to allow ShowingTime to operate w/in Zillow standards
-Developed 11 workstreams based on integration needs
-Facilitated the dependency mapping and overall integration planning effort across 8+ teams to identify cross workstream dependencies, risks, issues, and timelines in order to generate a full integration plan
-Created a single process and structure (previously had no process or centralization), in order to consolidate and streamline the overall integration effort
-Coordinated multiple cross functional teams with >40 team members to deliver on worsktream tasks

-Enabled workstream leads to build plans that roll-up to one single initiative in Jira Align
-Facilitated the Office 365 integration via workstream lead and team that was previously stagnant for >1 year
-Provided monthly read outs to SLT on integration status
-Negotiated resource allocation to ensure a successful integration effort
-Built the 2023 roadmap for integration efforts
- Built and maintain Zillow’s Technology M&A playbook for current and future M&A
- Served as the IT Integration Lead for VRX, Aryeo, and Spruce acquisitions and delivered on a seamless transition pre and post close for each acquisition
