Megan Piller is the Managing Director of ZenCorp Logistics and one of South Africa’s most experienced specialists in logistics, freight forwarding, and hazardous-goods operations. With more than 30 years of experience, she combines hands-on operational expertise, executive leadership, and rigorous regulatory compliance.
She co-founded and scaled two specialised logistics businesses focused on freight forwarding and customs clearing for arms, ammunition, explosives, and hazardous goods, she grew annual turnover to more than R120 million with under 10 staff.
Megan was approved by the United States Department of Homeland Security through the Blue Lantern Programme. She serves on the national stakeholder team engaging government on arms, ammunition, and explosives. She has worked with most countries across six continents, navigating complex customs, aviation, military, and border-control environments. This operational depth underpins Megan’s effectiveness in the Logistics field, years of experience in freight, supply chain, transport, and compliance, she knows what high-stakes logistics roles require.
Earlier in her career, Megan held senior roles in recruitment, operations, and quality management, building strong expertise in executive placement for supply chain and logistics. Beyond business, she served as the only female board member of the National Hunting Confederation of South Africa engaging with Stakeholders on legislation and policy.
A former Head Girl and Valedictorian at Alberton Christian Academy, Megan has demonstrated leadership from an early age. At work, she applies that leadership to building strong, reliable teams that keep complex supply chains moving safely and compliantly.
