My career began with a distinguished service in the U.S. Army, where I honed my leadership, organizational, and human resource management skills. During my military tenure, I served in roles ranging from Human Resources Non-Commissioned Officer to Senior Drill Sergeant, training over 200 soldiers per cycle and managing large-scale personnel operations.
Following my military service, I transitioned to federal civilian roles, including Administrative Support Coordinator with the U.S. Secret Service and Command Secretary for the Navy Marine Corps Public Health Center. These positions sharpened my expertise in process improvement, fiscal management, and training facilitation. My ability to analyze and implement organizational solutions has been instrumental in driving efficiency and operational success across diverse teams and missions.
In 2019, I leveraged my leadership and entrepreneurial acumen to establish Yard Card Supply, a business dedicated to supporting independent yard card rental companies. Through innovative product development, community-focused marketing, and training, I’ve empowered thousands of small business owners to succeed in a competitive market.
