I started my professional journey as an elementary school teacher in Denver, Colorado, where I pursued a graduate degree in Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Colorado-Denver.
In the St. Louis area, I joined a network of charter schools, focusing on marketing and student recruitment in South St. Louis City. Over five years, I played a key role in opening four new schools, leveraging my ability to connect with communities and drive engagement.
My career then expanded to a national scope, where I managed communications and student recruitment for 16 schools across the U.S. This experience allowed me to develop a broad range of skills, including fundraising, donor management, crisis communication, and non-profit management.
In 2019, I founded Rise Marketing Solutions, combining my background in education with my marketing expertise. What started as a small venture with a few social media clients quickly grew into a full-service marketing and consulting firm. Over the past five years, Rise Marketing Solutions has flourished, helping over 100 organizations expand their reach and further their missions.
