Menna Shoman is the Founder & CEO of Wird Al-Wadoud for Consultancy & Therapy which is a UAE based company but working with clients world wide. Menna was inspired to launch Wird Al-Wadoud to create a unique blend leveraging her diverse expertise in both the Marketing and Mental health worlds.
Menna brings a 17 years experience as a marketer working in multinational companies and tech startups as well as an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental health from King’s college London and an MA in Behavioral Economics & Game Theory from AUC. Additionally, Menna is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Integrated Psychotherapist and trainer for multiple topics in both the business and mental health worlds.
This enables Menna to lead a team in Wird Al-Wadoud that includes Therapists & Marketers to provide companies and individuals with a one of a kind blend of consultancy that marries between business needs and the health of employees and organizational dynamics. This includes individual coaching and therapy, workshops & trainings as well as solving business issues and 360 marketing consultancy.
