• Marketing Manager Responsibility:
Manage the day to day marketing activities and the long- term strategy for the company. Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
• Create a direct marketing strategy and year plan for both external and internal campaigns in line with the budgeted sales growth targets for the company using various mediums (web, call centre, email, and social media)
• Implement the year plan and ensure that we adhere to the various campaign deadlines by co-ordinating with internal staff and corporate relationships
• Target the customer profile type that best suits the direct marketing ROI model
• Manage - liaise, co-ordinate and implement any corporate relationship opportunities internally and externally
• Continuously look for new marketing opportunities with existing corporate relationships
• Write all marketing copy for all internal and external campaigns and Partner campaigns
• Create reports for the individual campaign performances
• Create a direct marketing testing protocol and ensure that positive results are adopted going forward
• Explore new marketing mediums and stay up to date with the current direct marketing trends
• Manage internal team relationships

Social Media Marketing manager:
• Developing, implementing and executing the organic social media strategy for WOMC, TGB and OB
• Develop content plans, in line with strategic objectives
• Assisting in conceptualisation and brainstorming for campaigns, projects and initiatives
• Campaign ideation, working with my social media assistant to compile and deliver campaign ideas.
