With Regional support, I had the privilege of successfully standing up a brand-new assisted living and memory care community in Wichita, Kansas overseeing all aspects of the launch from pre-opening to full operational execution. In my role as Executive Director, I was charged with oversight of operations, attracting, selecting, and recruiting staff on all levels of the workforce, establishing community culture, managing budget, ensured regulatory compliance, high resident and employee satisfaction.
