I bring more than 15 years of executive-level experience in nonprofit management, chambers of commerce, and community development organizations, with a proven record of leading strategic growth, building partnerships, and strengthening organizational operations. As a Chamber of Commerce executive, I served on the Board of Directors and Executive Team in multiple leadership roles, including Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary, where I helped build eight months of operating reserves while expanding member services with the addition of a co-working space. As Executive Director of the Orange County Brewers Guild, I grew membership, launched impactful programming, and represented the industry in local and state advocacy efforts, including at the California State Capitol. Earlier in my career, I advanced youth-serving programs at Big Brothers Big Sisters, improving retention rates and elevating the organization to a top-five national affiliate in program outcomes.
Across these roles, my achievements reflect a commitment to fiscal responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and program innovation. I excel at bridging strategy with execution—strengthening internal systems, cultivating external partnerships, and positioning organizations for sustainable success.More...
