As the director of a growing nonprofit, I’ve obtained and managed government contracts, formed strong relationships with employers and leaders within government agencies, written and managed grants, accounting/payroll and opened lines of credit, program development, implemented client feedback systems, managed and leveraged data, developed peer support and mentorship programs, created life skills classes that focus on reentry.
