With a career in Hospitality and Leisure spanning over 30 years and three continents including UK, Middle East, Indian Ocean and Africa, I have played an instrumental role in the development and management of eight 5-star mixed-use Resorts, Hotels, Apartment and Leisure facilities including a Marina with over 70 original food & beverage concepts. Have increased profitability substantially on a number of properties.

- Sales and Marketing including branding and social media and package creation for individuals, families and groups with particular strength in filling resorts
- P&L management including budgeting and cost controls and revenue management
- Training and SOP’s including team motivation and all other aspects of HR
- Maintenance and sustainability including preventative maintenance
- Operations GM and Cluster GM - including a number of new openings
